Ruth Vinson

Ruth Vinson is an Associate at Wilkinson Walsh + Eskovitz. Ruth worked on two jury trials in 2017, and was part of a team that secured a complete defense verdict in the first bellwether trial in the multi-district litigation over the blood thinner Xarelto. Ruth’s litigation experience includes product liability, antitrust, and intellectual property disputes, and she has represented a diverse group of clients, including Bayer, Facebook, and the NCAA. Ruth also maintains an active pro bono practice.

Ruth began her career as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Rosemary S. Pooler of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and to the Honorable Kenneth M. Karas of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Ruth graduated magna cum laude from New York University School of Law, where she served as a Notes Editor on the New York University Law Review.
