Andrew Graeve

Andrew Graeve is an Associate at Wilkinson Walsh + Eskovitz. Before joining the firm, Andrew practiced at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison in Washington, DC, and at Barrasso Usdin Kupperman Freeman & Sarver in New Orleans, LA. Andrew began his legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Elizabeth Erny Foote in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana. He received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and his B.A. from Columbia University.

Andrew’s practice has included representation of Fortune 500 companies and prominent private corporations in complex litigation in state and federal court, defending against products liability, securities, insurance, and antitrust claims.

Other Activities

Andrew also has experience representing pro bono clients in civil rights and criminal matters in federal and state court. In 2015, Andrew received the Louisiana Appleseed’s Good Apple Award for his co-authorship of a white paper on legal issues related to the debt buying industry in Louisiana.
